About Roper Legal

Roper Legal, based in Boise, Idaho, advises clients across a wide range of business and legal matters, including general counsel services, real estate transactions, employment issues, vendor and commercial contracts, data privacy, regulatory compliance, artificial intelligence, licensing, manufacturing, technology, cybersecurity, business formation and dissolution, intellectual property, and liability disputes.

Before launching his independent practice, Brandon Roper was part of the Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and Privacy group at a national law firm. He also served as in-house counsel to Idaho-based companies in the manufacturing, cybersecurity, and software industries. In those roles, he helped design legal systems to proactively minimize risk, protect corporate interests, and often played a key role in strategic business decisions. 

Brandon is known as a “congenial counselor,” prioritizing a relationship-focused approach to legal practice. He crafts practical, win-win agreements that build trust and promote lasting partnerships between the businesses he advises and their clients and vendors.
